1. The quality of all Luxury Bamboo Bedding merchandise is guaranteed and merchandise can be returned with a full refund at our expense if there is a quality problem with the product.

2. If an exchange is necessary due to incorrect size or color, the bedding can be returned, provided it has not been removed from its original packaging. 

3. If our bedding has been removed from its original packaging, it must be discarded by Luxury Bamboo Bedding and no exchange is possible.

4. Luxury Bamboo Bedding's return policy is discretional to accommodate reasonable exceptions.
