I love your sheets! I have been a customer for some years now and the sheets are wonderful! I replaced my washer with one of the new ones and started using the high efficiency detergents. I noticed lint in my washer after washing my sheets. A lot of lint! Then my sheets started thinning! I contacted customer service and explained what was happening. He told me about the enzymes that are being put in the detergents; they're eating the sheets! The company was wonderful and replaced two fitted sheets that were damaged. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue for me and instructing me on which detergents work best for bamboo. I prefer and use Woolite now to wash my sheets.

Good morning! I got the pillowcases last night, washed them and tried them out. I slept comfortably; they are silky smooth, and they kept me pretty cool. I said I would write a review if it solved my issue and send it so here it is.
I purchased luxury bamboo bedding as my first nice set of sheets that I've ever owned. I sleep very warm and its a dry heat, so I started looking for better material. That's when I stumbled across Luxury Bamboo Bedding. They do all natural, no harsh chemical bamboo bedding, so figured I'd give them a shot. I love my new sheet set; it's silky smooth and keeps me cool all night. I got the set with lower thread count because I didn't want thick sheets. They seem strong and light in weight; I also love the richness of the color. I did have an issue with the pillowcases keeping me too warm at night. I believed it was due to the thin material, and I was feeling too much of my pillow underneath. I contacted Luxury Bamboo Bedding, and they called me back promptly. They were genuinely concerned with my issue and offered to send me a higher 500 thread count pillowcase. I received the replacement set within a week and love them. They kept me cool all night, and I slept comfortably on the bamboo material. Good customer service is tough to find these days, but this company really stepped up to the plate. I will definitely be purchasing future sheet sets from this company.

The package arrived yesterday afternoon so I quickly opened, washed per your detailed instructions with Baby Woolite and put them on the bed. The elastic was great as adjusted so it is a go on the other three sets. Now I would like to add some feedback from a new purchaser and comparison to another retailer's set.
The bottom sheet pocket very generous but with all round elastic was able to put excess under mattress to give tight fit, as well overhang of flat sheet much better than the other retailer's sheets and as well pillow cases longer and a more generous fit.
When I removed sheets from washer the feel was softer than other sheets, on delicate took about an hour and with the sizing I kept an eye on lint tray and emptied that about four times for proper air flow. I did remove, as suggested before cycle had finished so to minimize wrinkles, it worked. I initially added a dry towel to dryer to prevent ball up and did fluff a few times while drying.
In summation, your sheets are far superior. Appears limited shrinkage, yours are softer, slightly thinner feeling and a dream to sleep on, luxurious is a perfect adjective. They drape nicely and feel like silk. The Cafe au Lait colour is like Champagne and very rich looking.
I am so glad that I found your website and ordered from your company, you certainly have a wonderful product, well worth the money.
You are right, I will not go back to cotton! Plus for women Bamboo is better for your hair when sleeping, less resistance and breakage. What a bonus.

I purchased a set of bamboo sheets 3 years ago. I have in the past always gotten over 1000 count 100% cotton sheets. These would typically not last even a year. I bought the bamboo sheets hoping they would last 2 years. Well we are already past 3 years and they hardly look worn!! I cannot believe it. They not only are durable but also silky and comfortable! I am 100% satisfied with these amazing sheets. They seem a bit more pricey to start with but when they last at least 3 times longer they have save money in the long run.

After a thorough online search and thoroughly reading the reviews of bamboo bedding (sheets, towels, and duvet cover), I stumbled across Luxury Bamboo Bedding. Although they did not have as many reviews as other products / manufacturers, the reviews listed were consistently high. I dialed the number listed and was quite surprised to speak with Van William Shron himself, oh my! He was quite patient and took the time to answer all my questions/concerns. He also explained the process of how the bamboo sheets were made. Although he was on holiday, he advised me that if I decided to place an order he would take care of it personally. I went with my gut feeling and placed the order. I am so glad I did!! I ordered a sheet set, towels, and wash cloths. I love them all! I suffer from Eczema and that was the reason I wanted bamboo in the first place. I later went back and ordered the bamboo duvet cover and more towels. Although I thought I should order the king size duvet cover, it is too big for my queen size bamboo comforter. I decided to keep it anyway. I am totally hooked and will continue to get all my bamboo bedding from Luxury Bamboo Bedding. I also received a sample of the coconut milk soap. I do plan to one day place an order for more of the soap as well. It too was a wonderful product. This bedding is as amazing as all the reviews indicate. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! I just keep washing them and putting them back on my bed. What has prompted me to write this review is the fact that a pen got left on the bed and put in the washer when I laundered the sheets. You can likely visualize all the ink stains on them when I took them out of the dryer. What was most impressive to me is the fact that I soaked them in the bath tub with Oxy (powder detergents for whites) for about 4 hours, washed them and ALL the stains came out. I had an additional pillowcase in the mix, and the ink stain did NOT come out of it. These sheets are worth every penny you pay for them...you will not be disappointed. (Note from Luxury Bamboo Bedding. One-off is okay. Oxy is too harsh a detergent for general use.)

I've suffered from night sweats for as long as I can remember... as soon as I slept my first night in the bamboo sheets I was virtually sweat free, it was unbelievable. I was an egyptian cotton aficionado however since receiving these bamboo sheets as a present I have been converted. They are wonderful sheets soft, luxurious easy to wash (no ironing) warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

In addition, I'll report that the sheet set has held up great so far (~3 months in) and bamboo is a fabric you simply have to try - we'll likely never choose another fabric for our sheets and we're also spreading to word to family and friends.

One word to the wise: the 1st dry created a lot of lint.

I bought the king sheet set and duvet cover and am so happy with them, they're very very soft. The company was very good to deal with, quick to respond to questions and very knowledgeable about the product. While there are other bamboo sheets out there, I decided to buy through Luxury Bamboo Bedding because of the reasons mentioned above, but especially because of the Oeko-Tex certification which I haven't found elsewhere.
